As such, eAudio is no longer on the “No Contract, No Work” list and members are free to work for the company effective immediately. Thank you for your support through this entire process. Please note that West Adventure Films and /or Thunder & Co Entertainment, (the producers of the picture entitled The French Cowboy aka Far Away Memory aka Far West Memory and possibly others) are not signatory to any SAG-AFTRA agreement. These companies have not executed a minimum basic agreement with SAG-AFTRA.
Therefore, all SAG-AFTRA members are hereby informed that no member should accept work or perform any covered work from this company. Violating this order may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the SAG-AFTRA Constitution.
