Source says that Former SAG P&H human resources director’s lawsuit starts in 2 weeks!!!

Arlin Miller

Craig Simmons

According to a post on the SAG Actor Bulletin Board, Craig  Simmons, the former human resources director at SAG-Producers Pension and Health Plans, who was fired in March  2012, has emailed a friend that his upcoming lawsuit against SAG will be starting in two weeks.  In the email he asserts that he hopes to leverage all the information obtained to expose the truth (and wrong doing) in a corrupt system that is  causing  many of his actor friends to lose their health insurance while, also, diminishing their pensions, to the degree many will find out they have none.

He charges that people behind the scenes got very wealthy and got full coverages for life along with huge pensions while  actor’s are being “killed” and denied coverages and money to live on.  He states “My attorneys are on all of this. They will dig and dig and get to the truth. Hopefully, we will have information to share about all of the wrongdoing, etc”
